Kerri and George first met in a sailing Internet chat room where they formed an instant dislike for one another by following their prejudices. As time passed Kerri came to know George a little better through his writing while George opened his mind when Kerri donated generously to his rescue from Mexico where he was shipwrecked. This set the stage for when they at last met in person, after which they simply found their souls orbiting one another in ever tightening circles until they became one.

In September 2007 they “eloped” at the Anne Arundel Court House in a civil ceremony. Now they are gathering friends and family from far and wide to a little island on the eastern shore of Maryland for a celebration of the beginning of their life together. We hope you will join us on Wye Island for this happy weekend.
